Ribbon Cutting! PDI Medical Celebrates with Buffalo Grove officials
City and Business Officials Attend Ribbon Cutting for Buffalo Grove Medical Marijuana Dispensary
PDI Medical owners and Buffalo Grove and Lincolnshire officials cut the ribbon for the first Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
As PDI Medical put the finishing touches on its space at 1623 Barclay Boulevard in Buffalo Grove, leaders and local officials gathered to celebrate at a ribbon cutting last week.
Pharmacists and owners Joseph Friedman and Mark Mandel were proud to have the support of more than 50 guests, especially those from the city of Buffalo Grove and Lincolnshire, including Police Chief Stephen Casstevens, Buffalo Grove President Beverly Sussman, and Christopher Stilling, Director of Community Development.
Friedman and “Dr. Mark” addressed the crowd, giving them a preview of the space before the official opening to the public. They designed the space to be a professional and comfortable Buffalo Grove medical marijuana dispensary that will offer cannabis-based medicine for seriously ill patients.
Since medical cannabis is a brand new treatment in Illinois, the two longtime pharmacists and the rest of our professional staff are looking forward to working one-on-one with patients to select the right medication for their condition, and being available to answer patient questions.
Opening Mid-December! Help Obtaining Medical Marijuana Card Available
Opening day for the public is coming soon! Although only patients and caregivers with an Illinois Medical Marijuana Card can enter the dispensary and purchase product, PDI Medical has a comfortable, public space where our staff can work with you one-on-one to apply for your medical marijuana card, including providing fingerprinting and passport photo services.
