Take a picture of the defective product. Please ensure the picture includes a view of the product’s label and serial number/barcode;
Email the picture(s) with a description of the problem to email@example.com. Please include your name, phone number, and date of purchase.
Allow PDI Medical staff 2 business days to review and respond with next steps. We will email you with instructions. Please Do Not bring product back into the dispensary. It is illegal in Illinois. Most likely we will ask you to bring our email response in with you next time you come into PDI Medical.
